BUDGET LIST®: this program is highly economical, and still very effective. This if for the seller who wants to handle and control more of the transaction…it’s our you list, you save program! Program features and terms include:
- SUPRA Lockbox for Agents

- Unlimited assistance with negotiations and questions
- $495 setup and you choose the buyer agents commission
- 6 month commitment, (seller can cancel anytime with no penalty)

NOTE: Package prices are valid for all properties being listing for sale or for lease in the MLS System.
NOTE: Lease listings are the same flat fee as For Sale listings. There is $250 flat fee to add your property as a For Lease listing while also being a For Sale listing with NXT Home Realtors. Lease listings require a separate set of listing documents and the data must be entered a second time into a separate system.
NOTE: Farm/Ranch Properties have a $500 surcharge added to the cost of any of the Residential listing package fees.
